Need an Answer

Our content partners will provide factual, unbiased information in response to your specific questions. However, please bear in mind that unlike professional experts who operate offline, our content partners will not have had the opportunity to meet you or conduct the sort of thorough and detailed assessment of your specific circumstances that is necessary to provide you with advice that may be relied upon. Indeed, they will not even know who you are, but only a few facts about your age, gender and general whereabouts. Therefore, whilst we hope that you will find their answers very helpful, they are not intended to be the answer or even the only answer. Often the right answer will vary from person to person, depending on facts outside of our and our content partners' knowledge and contemplation. askTheSite is a free information service and is not intended to replace or substitute for the services of professional experts but rather to provide signposts towards further information and support.

Surveys

Surveys act as a prize draw open to UK residents only. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be swapped or exchanged. Entrants must supply all details as required and comply with all the rules to be eligible for the prizes. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently. Only one entry per person. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Email addresses provided will only be used to contact prize winners.

Limitation of liability

Except for fraudulent misrepresentation and death or personal injury caused by our negligence, YouthNet, its officers, employees, contractors or content providers shall (to the extent permitted by law) not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or otherwise in connection with your use of (or inability to use) Lifetracks.com or any information, services or content on Lifetracks.com.

  • Warrant that you have the right to use and disclose all intellectual property rights subsisting in your contributions;
  • Agree that even if your contribution is published on the site, it may be removed from the site or edited at any time for any reason and without notice;
  • Agree that YouthNet may publish your contribution on any site operated by YouthNet anywhere in the world and that it may be accessed and downloaded by other visitors; and
