What is Lifetracks?
Lifetracks is a website aimed at providing support about work or learning. If you'd like information about what we offer and how the website came about then please take a look at our About us section.

Help with individual services
Need an answer?
If you need help using our question and answer service please take a look at our main page for the service. This outlines how the service works and should be able to answer any questions you have about jobs, training and study. You can also go directly to the page to ask a question or get your answer.
Audio and video content
If you have any problems playing our video or audio content then read our audio and video guide. This page takes you through how to get our content to play and addresses problems that you may be having.
Registering on Lifetracks
When registering on Lifetracks you'll go through the following process –
- You'll be asked to agree to our rules
- You'll be asked for some required information and some optional information. All you need to provide is a username, a valid email address and a password.
- You'll be sent an email asking you to confirm your profile. This email will expire in three days if you don't click the link inside the message.
- We'll then send you a final email confirming your profile is live on Lifetracks.
Sometimes there are problems with email filters when registering. If you haven't received a confirmation email then please make sure you've added lifetracks.com as a safe address for your email account.
The help section also includes an overview of the rules and guidelines mentioned during the registration.

Removing a profile
If you'd like to delete your profile then please get in touch and let us know. You can contact us on info@lifetracks.com. To speed up the process, include details of your username and please use your registration email. We will then be able to remove your account or discuss the situation further.

Blogging on Lifetracks
As part of your profile on Lifetracks you're able to write your own blog as well as comment on others' entries. We've got a whole help section on blogging that gives some advice on how you might like to use your blog as well as going over exactly how to get started.
Achievements
As you interact with Lifetracks you're able to earn achievements. If you'd like to know more, check out our guide to understanding, earning and using achievements.
Subscribing to our newsletter
The Lifetracks newsletter will keep you up to date with new information about content and services on our website, volunteering opportunities, challenges, competitions and more. If you'd like to subscribe you can do it in two different ways :–
- If you don't have a profile, just sign up and confirm you'd like to receive the newsletter during registration.
- If you've already signed up and now want to receive the newsletter, just go to your profile and edit your settings. From here you can let us know you'd like the email to be sent out to you.

If you don't seem to be getting the newsletter (it's sent monthly) then please add this address to your safe email list.
Unsubscribing from the newsletter
If you no longer want to receive our newsletter then all you need to do is login and edit your profile settings. On this page you'll be able to tell us you no longer want to receive the email by selecting 'no' for the newsletter option.
