Achievements
Want to keep track of what you've been up to on Lifetracks or let other people know what you're doing? With achievements you can!
What are achievements?
Whenever you get involved with Lifetracks you'll be working towards achievements that reward you for your activity. They're our way of rewarding you for what you're doing and each one grants you a new user title to that you can use to personalise your profile.
How do I earn achievements?
There are lots of different ways - from volunteering, blogging, commenting or using any other of our soon to arrive services. You'll normally get an achievement for trying out something new, such as posting a blog entry, but if you carry on with the same activity you'll earn new achievements along the way.
What's with the badges and the titles?
If you take a look at your achievement page in your profile (Haven't signed up yet? register here) you'll see that each achievement is made up of three things; a title, a badge and a user title.
The title is just that, the name of the particular achievement you've worked towards.
The badge is a visual representation of the achievement, something that looks good after all that blogging or commenting.
The user title is the title that appears under your profile name.If you haven't changed it your user title will be 'Lifetracker'.
How can I change my user title?
It's pretty simple. If you head over to your profile you'll see that you can look at a page of all your achievements (My achievements in the right hand navigation).
On this page you'll see a button on the right - for your current user title this will say 'current user title' and for all the others it will say 'change user title'.
Just click any of the 'change user title' buttons and you'll see that your user title has now changed.
It's a simple as that. If you've got something, like commenting or blogging, that you particularly enjoy then just keep at it; in no time you'll be able to display a new title that shows off your efforts.

Whenever you receive a new achievement we'll send you an email so you don't miss it. We do, however, understand that some people might not want to keep receive update emails.
