Create and edit a MyLifetracks to-do list
At the bottom of each Lifetracks article you'll see a 'What Next?' box. Select the tasks you want and save the information to your own profile 'to-do' list.

Our to-do list application lets you list anything you want to follow up from the 'What next?' boxes on Lifetracks articles and tick off each task when you've completed it.
Here's our step-by-step guide to getting started:
1. Sign up for a Lifetracks account. Click 'Register' on the top right corner of any page or go to the registration page via this link.
2. Once you've signed up, make sure you're logged in. Click 'Log in' on the top right corner of any page or go to the My Lifetracks section.
3. Now you're logged in you'll see small tick boxes to the right of the tasks in the 'What next?' box on any article page. Just tick the tasks you want to do and click 'Update my to-do list'.
4. You'll now be taken through to your full to-do list, where you can see: the task; when it was added; the article it came from; and whether it's in progress or complete.
5. Select the button on the right and click 'Done' to show a task is completed. The task will stay in your list, but go blue to indicate it's completed.
6. To delete a task select the button to the right and click 'Delete'. You'll be prompted again before it's removed completely.
There's no limit to how many tasks you can add to your list, but it can be more motivating to keep it to 10 items or less. That way, you won't feel overwhelmed by the number of tasks you need to get through, and you can make sure you only select tasks that are really important to you.
You main profile page also has a section called 'My latest tasks', which shows the three most recent tasks you've selected.
