From the time he fried his first egg at the age of nine, 17 year-old Darryl wanted to be a chef. Now, taking a Level 2 Apprenticeship at Jamie Oliver's Fifteen, he's several steps closer to realising his ambition. Catering and hospitality apprenticeships are available all over the country and completion frequently leads to a job in the industry. Darryl has found the training he's received invaluable: "When you practise a lot you just get better and better, when I'm done I'll be ready for the industry."
