Ask a question
Need an answer to a question about your studies or job? You've come to the right place.
Lifetracks' Need an Answer service is able to answer questions related to work, learning and gaining skills and experience. You can get a better idea about the kinds of questions we can help with, by looking at those we've previously answered.
The process to ask your own question is pretty straightforward. Three steps and you're there. But there are a few things you need to know.
- You should be prepared to record a unique ID code, which you'll need to pick your answer up. No ID, no answer. It's as simple as that, so make sure you keep the ID code safe. It's a really good idea to check the archive of questions answered in case we've already answered a question like yours. This might mean you get the info you need much faster.
- It's really important you read the privacy information about this service. It tells you how vital confidentiality is to Need an Answer.
- This service is for people aged 16-25; if you're under 16 or over 25 and in need of help and advice please see our information about alternative services.
- And finally, for financial and legal reasons we're unfortunately unable to respond to people who are based outside the UK.
If you have any problems submitting your question, or with any aspect of the Need an Answer service on Lifetracks, please do get in touch.
